Last night I noticed that one of the lid screws had vibrated itself out (I have a 1/2 mile gravel driveway...VERY rough). I looked on there website for hardware, but they do not sell it. So I sent them a message last night and woke up to a response asking for my address. They placed an order for lid screws to be shipped today at no cost to me!

Not surprised, but still impressed.
