I sadly traded in my 2013 Ram 1500 Sport yesterday for a couple of reasons. I ended up getting my wife a 2021 GMC Acadia with 16,500 miles on it in the color combination my wife has been asking for for years. I know nothing about GMC and I haven't heard the best things about them so far which is why I'll most likely be buying an extended warranty.
I have had a Ram for the past 13 years including a 2011 I bought new and traded for this most recent 2013 that I also bought new and custom ordered in 2013. I loved to both trucks and never had any major issues other than a broken exhaust manifold bolt that snowballed when I made it worse trying to replace them. Lol My 10 year old son is sad because he has "baby memories" in that truck since I've had the truck since before he was born. Unfortunately new trucks these days are just way to expensive for me to justify buying another one when I've mainly used my truck to take trash to the dump. It will suck when I need to buy some lumber or something else that's big and I have to borrow a truck but that doesn't happen very often these days.
This forum helped me get a lot of things done on my own with my truck! I have a practically new set of carpet floor mats for this crew cab sport in black that I replaced with weather techs the day I brought it home. I also have 2 jugs of the Mopar coolant which was pretty expensive stuff. I got 2 free bottles by mistake I think when I ordered it when I replaced my water pump due to a leak. I'm wondering where/how I should sell that stuff.
