I really like those wheels. I will also agree that 37s are the way to go.

I really wish the PW came with 18" wheels. the MT in 285/75-18 is another good choice and taller than most 35's.Compromise between a 35 and 37. The 36 inch 315 70R18 Toyo M/T

Pics ?Another "hybrid style" tire to consider are the Kanati Trail Hogs...
They have a center tread similar to the BFG All Terrain and wider spaced mud style outer lugs and 3ply sidewalls, best of both worlds.
They are also heavily siped and snow flake rated (remember softer compounds wear a little faster) the up-side is the price makes them a bargain!
I`m on my 2ed set and love them!

Anyone running this setup on their PW with stock suspension? I’m going from stock wheel and 285 /70 Cooper at3 xtl to the AEV wheel.
I feel like I owe it to the truck to go with 37s since the wheel is made to fit that size tire with its back spacing. I’d like to run a MT or more aggressive AT for the seasons without snow. I’ll have two sets of wheels and tires since I bought those Saltas.
any advice on a tire to go with? Needs to be E rated as I tow a lot. can you even get a 37 E rated tire?
I’m thinking I should stick with a 35 since I tow as much as I do / weight concerns.
I’m leaning toward the BFG km3 but will consider anything if it meets the specs.
Thanks guys
Thanks Grand Mesa. I had a TPS sensor go out again. This time other side. I went to discount tire. I had them check on those Toyo's. He said : They're on Nationwide Back Order. With no estimated delivery time. They were swamped. I am going back there Friday Morning after work. I am going to place an order for them when I get there. I will wait till they come in.I got my Toyo C/T's in 35 12.50R17 at Discount Tire in Grand Junction. They don't list that size on their website, but Discount had no issues finding them on their database. Had to ship them in from Texas, but then nearly everything out here on the Western Slope has to be shipped in from some distant warehouse.

I had the same story with Tirebuyer when I bought a set of Toyo AT3 for my jeep in 35/11.5-17 DT said national back order. Tirebuyer should backordered but I called like at 8pm at night and they answered the phone. the rep looked and said he had them and a couple of days later I had 5 of them delivered to my local firestone dealer and mounted them for $15.99 a tire. For what it's worth, Discount Tire told me 35X12.50R17 Toyo CT's were on backorder when I initially reached out them too.
When I went through tirebuyer.com, they told me Discount Tire's distributors likely had these backordered, but tirebuyer had them on a FedEx truck headed my way within 2 days. FedEx did a horrible job with delivery, but the fact is, tirebuyer had them in stock, when Discount said they're backordered for months. Also, when all but 1 tire was delivered to my installer (BigO Tires), BigO was able to get me a CT in the size I needed at their shop on the same day I called them.
TL;DR: Try out other sources before settling for tires you might not have wanted to begin with. Just because ABC says they're not available, doesn't mean XYZ will tell you the same thing.
EDIT: I will also add that the tirebuyer rep I spoke to on the phone said he had something like 40 CT's in that size stocked in their nearest warehouse to me (Salt Lake)... This was in December though, so not sure how much that has changed since then.

Now find me some Wildpeaks...Wouldn’t mind having a spare set.
Look at some of the new R/T tires that have come out, a blend of A/T and M/T. They’ll ride and wear better and be much quieter than the BFG KM3s. I just put a pair of Federal Xplora R/Ts on a trailer and am considering the Kenda 628 R/Ts for another truck.
The 35 12.50R17 Kenda Klever R/T Load Range E weighs 71 lbs (70.69), whereas, the BFG KM3 @ 74.4 lbs, Falken Wildpeak A/T @ 75.4 lbs, Toyo C/T and General Grabber X3 both @ 77 lbs, and Falken Wildpeak M/T @ 79.6 lbs. The 35 12.50R17 Duratrac weighs 68 pounds, but it is a 2 ply sidewall, whereas all the above have a 3 ply. There has to be some reason that all the rest are much heavier than the Kenda.
