Samsung S-21 phonebook

When I first got my 2020 Ram 1500 my Samsung S-21 worked great. It lost my contacts and now it will not download my phone book. The phone works OK otherwise making calls.

Have you un-paired the phone from your truck?

I had a similar problem with my Samsung A-21 and did the following:

1. Unpaired the phone from the truck.
2. Deleted the phone from the connected devices list on the truck.
3. Turned off the truck
4. Re-booted the phone & the truck.
5. Paired the phone to the truck.

Got my contacts back and it's worked well ever since.
