Sap/Sticky residue

I noticed on my truck the other day that their are a few balls of liquid, I took it that day to my local car wash to get it off but it was still there. So when I got home I applied some elbow grease on 2-3 of the liquid balls and it turned out to me some sort of sap. Try as I may I couldn't get it off what do you all suggest I can do to remove it?

Well i just got back from the car shop and the salesman told me to use turtle wax tar and sap remover so going to give it a shot and see what happens

That tar and sap remover is some good stuff. You shouldnt have any trouble getting the sap off.

honesty fukken wax would probably be good for that. It will get tar off

Thank you all for the suggestions I went ahead and used the Turtle wax bug/tar/Sap remover and it worked well. I guess I didn't do it right the first time but I did it again
this morning and it came off. Thank you again for all your help its nice to have the
experience of you all on this forum you guys rock!!! thank you again!!
