Had a engine light come on recently, truck sat for a week. I was running a mileage excess tune, with 91 octane. Went too start it and the check engine light cane on. I went to work,15 miles. sat there for 2 days. When I returned I flashpaq'd a 91 tune, and adjusted my wot shift perameters.
Voila! light went out. Any rhyme or reason to this? I also checked for any codes, there were none, and nothing that needed clearing.
Superchips for the win! :High 5:

I think when you change tunes it wipes codes. I've noticed that before too. It may not come back on, but if it wasn't something tune related it should.

I had my wot settings too low btw, They would shift, but then down shift again. I was thinking of short shifting and really getting the most out of the power band of the Hemi. It didn't work out to well. I have 2-3 at 5400, and 3-4 wot set at 5800. with a 6400 rev limiter. Sound good too you??

I dunno, What generally pops a code? With the mods' I'm sporting. Or what is the most code culprit?

Doesn't have to be a mod. There just could be an issue. When it comes back read the code and post about it. We can see if it's a mod issue or an actual problem.

The code will clear itself after a few key cycles but I have always just cleared it with the handheld. Next time it pops if it does read it and let us know.
