screen flickering

Our 2019 Ram has the large screen package. This past fall the screen started flickering, some days more than others. Has been to dealer for multiple updates and checks for loose wiring. Last visit was told that “they dug really deep, and found Ram knows about the issue and an update will be automatically downloaded by end of the year, 2019.”
Well it is Jan 9th and I am still waiting, and I don’t see any mention of this in the forums, at least not lately...

If possible I will post a video of my issue, perhaps flickering is not a good term.

Did any of you figure this out mine has been at the dealership for the last 2 months and I keep going to pick it up because I am told it’s fixed but it never is I’m getting pretty upset at this situation
