searching for the right ram, all info appreciated

Hi guys
I've decided its time to buy a ram 1500. I have always wanted one and think now is the time. I used to drive and tow with a 2007 2500 for brief time and it was great. This will be primarily to haul a car or two from time to time and the usual ruck duties as well as be able to carry the family around when needed so a 4 door is mandatory. I have been searching and i am curious how are these after 100K as this will be in the price range im looking as this is a 3rd vehicle. I would prefer the hemi5.7 over the 4.7 from what i have researched but correct me if i am wrong. Also there is so many different models and packages i am unsure what all theirs differences are

So I am in NJ and will travel a bit for the right one and i am looking to spend max of 15K on a gen 4 would like to be in the 2009-2011 years as this is what i have seen in the price range. If anyone knows of clean nice choice let me know so i can become a member sooner then later.

Here's what i would like in the new truck and these are strictly visual as i know nothing about dodge vehicles except i have driven a few and prefer them over the F150

Color in order of want.
black
grey
silver
white

Interior
I like the full center console as opposed to open floor ( still not sure what package makes this choice)
Leather>darker cloth cloth seems to be the majority in all trucks

overall clean no rust

this one is on the top of my list to go look at
