NOTE: The following steps must occur within the first
60 seconds of the ignition switch being turned to the ON
or START position. DaimlerChrysler does not recommend
deactivating the Enhanced Warning System
(BeltAlert).
1. With all doors closed and the ignition switch in any
position except On or Start, buckle the driver’s seat belt.
2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position and wait
for the Seat Belt Warning Light to turn off.
3. Within 60 seconds of turning the ignition switch to the
ON position, unbuckle and then re-buckle the driver’s
seat belt at least three times within 10 seconds, ending
with the seat belt buckled.
NOTE: Watch for the Seat Belt Warning Light to turn on
while unbuckling and off while re-buckling the seat belt.
It may be necessary to retract the seat belt.
4. Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position. A
single chime will sound to signify that you have successfully
completed the programming.
The Enhanced Warning System (BeltAlert) can be reactivated
by repeating this procedure.

I hate auto chimers. So annoying.

Cause when im on site and driving 10 km/hr that damn bell needs to be ringing?

****** thing. If I chose not to wear one I don't expect lights and buzzers.

Ironically, I was just dropping off my new 2500 (first Ram and first diesel) at the dealership to finish up some accessories I'd ordered... and I asked if they could reflash to kill the chime. Cuz yeah, in just 2 days I'd been in&out of the truck so much that I didnt put on seatbelts for each 100ft trip. Anyway, dealership said they could not kill flash the chime, but someone overheard and told me there's a thing on youtube to disable it. I was just about to search for it when I saw this post. If I find it I'll add it.

BTW, I just joined this forum.

ETA: here is one of them: http://youtu.be/mTaHFxlN6oQ

Yeah it works on just about all of them. It will stop chiming but the light will still be on.
