I have a 2022 Durango R/T. It uses a bypass module rather than the cable that Rams use.
This is the one I use. It works well with both AlfaOBD and Jscan. It also works with my scan tools, but since they are set up with a FCA AutoAuth account, it's moot.
It fits the 2018 and up Durango and Grand Cherokee.
This device is required to program 2018 and newer Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles. Our Bypass Device connects the wires between the security gateway module and the vehicle’s computer. Security is then deactivated, and the OBD Genie can be installed.

In the dropdown, select C-MODBYP - Best for 1500/Classic Body
The gateway module and harness are under the passenger side foot area, left side.
There are a few videos on youtube that'll show you where to find it. Two connectors.
In this video, we show you how to install the bypass module needing for tuning on the Jeep® Grand Cherokee and the Dodge Durango.
