Self reclining driver's seat?

Mu 22 Ram Big Horn, has a driver's seat that reclines itself. On several occasions when I open the door, I find that the seat back is in a reclined position. I am not aware that this is gradually doing so while I drive, it's a minor inconvenience to set it back up, but not sure why this is happening?

I realize this is a reply to a 2-year old post but my 2023 Ram 1500 just did the same thing. It's not a huge problem but it's weird. I had a VW GTI a few years back that did this also. Pretty sure that was some kind of pocket dial when my fob was in my front pocket and I leaned into the car to get my bike off the roof. The thing with my Ram happened when I was away from the truck. My spare key was in the center console, which almost never is the case. Probably possessed by poltergeists, right?
