Sent wrong bullbar? 2019 dodge ram classic

Hello,

Name is tim, i got a 2019 dodge ram classic, i got a bullbar online that is marketed as a 2019 classic bullbar, but i cant find the correct location to attach the bracket. I assume they sent me the bullbar kit for the non-classic? I attached the bar i got and the bracket.. which i cant see how it would jook up to the classic? Input appreciated before i complain to seller.

Took this crappy video under the truck. Unfortunatly not very stable camera action. This is what i see after i took out the air dam.

In case anyone wanted to know. Yes they sent me the wrong one. And got a different one installed now.
