If its been taken care of its probably just broken in at that mileage.
Take it to a reputable mechanic and have it checked out.
Too many things could be wrong to get an opinion on it over the internet.

Welcome to the forums...

NYCruiser is correct, with so little info its hard to give an opinion if it'll be a good truck... here's what I can tell you...

1) Mileage is high for the years... I consider a low mileage lease rate as an average to work from, which in Canada is 20,000kms.
2) Although it has the venerable Cummins engine, many operators have had issues with the 6.7/dpf system and many where possible have deleted the emissions equipment. This may be good or bad, depending on your view and the laws that you are bound by. Know that if your truck has been deleted it has had a programmer on it, which can be bad if the previous owner bagged on the truck or thought it'd be 'manly' to blow smoke for his friends.. on the other hand, many ops run their trucks without damaging them as they respect the fact that 'just be cause it can, doesn't mean I should' mentality (read: rail pressure, etc)
3) Minor note... its Cummins, no g.. :)

So ya, its very dificult to say but that should give you a little to work with... by all means if you have link to an ad, post it up, get us the specs and we'll all give our opinions... they are just that however, opinions and many of us are keen operators like myself, not mechanics so take the postings with however much salt you need..

Welcome!

Bottom is a little rough, You are going to need to start taking care of that. Covering the rust with rust paint and start coating and protecting that. If I bought that it would be on blocks for a couple months tackling it little by little. Looks like a sweet truck though, worth near what they are asking. I would use to condition of the under carriage as a negotiation tool, and I would have a mechanic look at it and run the codes. Looks like you get a warranty as well? That would be cool. Looks more like a mall princess then something that has seen serious work, which is ok if you ask me. Probably just worn from road salts and rough winters. We are spoiled out here in CA, you can get a truck 30 years old that looks better then that underneath by a lot.

Like what the other guys said, 150k is nothing for the Cummins. The fuel pumps and injectors need to be inspected. And transmission, a weak point in those trucks, I would rather have a manual.

Do you need a 3500? There are a lot of deals out there on 2500's.

Here is a 4 gen that is two years newer for 5k cheaper.

5.9L is a beast no emissions issues to deal with or modify :) The price is a little high but then again it is 5.9L. As 5.9L's get more and more rare at lower mileage you will see that people who can't get a tuner anymore for 6.7L will want to get the 5.9L and that means 2007.5 or older without a transplant. I am also in salt state so that under carriage does not really scare me looks normal. Nothing a good paint can every damn year can't fix :(
