Service 4 Wheel drive won't start just a click

Today andded factory foglights and had to access pin 23 and 24 after I put fuse box back and was going to start truck just a click and said service 4 Wheel drive. Truck is 2015 Ram 3500 Diesel Dually 4X4

Did you mess wth a fuse you shouldn’t have?

I put 2 pins for fog lights pins 23 and 24 in a 34 pin connector. The abs and traction control lights are on and tried to reset and in about 5 seconds right back on and cruise control won't work. Had batteries checked and will have to replace. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
