I had this message in the main display along with cruise control being disabled. (2013 Outdoorsman 4WD)

Just for other members information this turned out to be caused by the steering being out of alignment. Apparently if the alignment is sufficiently 'out' it will cause this error. So the fix was really quite straightforward.

Same message and symptoms for my 2015 the other days, was a faulty speed sensor on passenger front wheel bearing- it was failing.

hmmmm I just put in a 4” lift today, going to take it in a get a wheel alignment tomorrow, just had this light come on, I hope it goes away once it gets aligned

Mine did exactly this last week. I installed a 4" lift and on my drive into the alignment shop I got the service brakes error code. I figured a screwed something up. After the alignment was done, I decided to pop over to the Ram dealer and after getting a couple blocks from the alignment shop the light cleared and hasn't returned yet.
