In that thread I said I wasn't sold on the Ram badges, mostly because they didn't quite fully cover the "dimple" in the shell. I also said if I found badges that covered the "dimple" completely I'd probably switch them out. Also, I actually had one of the Ram badges fall off somewhere along the way, probably because they didn't have enough contact for the adhesive on the shell because of the "dimple" so I had to either get another one, just take the remaining one off and live with it or find something else. Well, I happened across these on eBay...
They are just slightly bigger, (3.11 x 3.18 inches vs. 2.4 x 2.6 inches), and cover the dimple completely with enough overlap onto the shell that I think they'll hold on pretty good. The only thing I didn't like about them was the adhesive on the back was white and showed a white edge when they were applied. I took care of that with a careful application of some black silicone around the edges. Also, I kind of like the design of these better.
