I know we get these all the time but I've never gotten a key!!! Lol

I got one of those before. The scratch off is a winner ALL the time. It's to get you in the store. Basically, there's a code on there that you have to match with the "winning number" that's in the dealership. As soon as you walk in, they ask you, "What vehicle can we get you into today?" or something along those lines..... If you have time to drive to the stealership and try your key, go ahead. But be ready to be bombarded by sales people.

Out of boredom I actually went to one of these about a year ago...but the gimmick was a casino chip....anyways, I got there and I ended up leaving with a keychain lol.

That's more than my wife and I got. We got more of the "thanks for wasting my time" look from the salesman even though the time wasted was:

Salesman: "Here to buy a new vehicle?"
Me: "Nope"
Salesman: "Ok"

Great salesmanship there, buddy. LOL!

Many years ago when I was a child, a local dealership gave away tickets to the Ringling Brothers circus when they were in town with each test drive. My dad would go on 4 test drives to just get the tickets and left without buying. After about 4+ years of doing that, they just handed him the tickets the moment he got on the lot.
