Was thinking of installing a front facing blind spot camera on passenger side mirror to help wife with driving/parking when she borrows the truck. Have a ‘15 tradesman 1500 with a RA-2. Does anybody know if the RA-2 has an input for the cargo camera? Or any thoughts on whether or not I can use it for that if it does?

I think the PAC CH41 works with the RA2, I would check to make sure though.

The RA2 To my knowledge is only capable of one camera ( backup cam ) For multiple cameras you could upgrade to an RA3 or RA4 8.4" Radio .

Thanks guys. I thought that might be the case. I will just go with an extra monitor. That way she can still see the right front corner when backing up.

Ok got camera setup and separate monitor. But need power supply. I’ve seen a lot of posts say you need to set up a new relay and you can’t piggyback off something else when running power. I don’t think the camera or 3 inch monitor pull much at all. Anybody know how sensitive the system is? I was thinking of piggybacking from back of 12v power outlet. Will this not work?
