I have 1500 Classic with those vertical convex mirrors.
I have no problems on the driver side but, on the pass side, I have nothing but trouble seeing, what is in the blind spot. No matter what setting I tried, that vertical spherical mirror does not work for me and I keep missing cars in blind spot. I even started turning my head but, truck is so tall and bulky, that I have to crane my head all the way to the right, to see that area.
Does a mirror for that side with HORIZONTAL spherical component exist? Like on F150?
I even added a small adjustable blind spot mirror to OEM one, no help. 2 weeks ago, I scraped a Prius bumper in parking garage, as I simply can't tell, what is going on by the rear wheel side.
Call me weird, this is the ONLY car I owned, out of likely 35 or so, that I have that problem and, especially, with such a huge blind spot insert on the side. So I'll blame it on the mirror, not me.
Ok, so - is there one with horizontal insert? That will fit?

I loved the full convex mirror they had on the F150, I could see everything from where the tire was relative to a curb all the way to blind spot and whatever else, that was awesome.

I use the the big flat mirror to monitor the the blind spot next to the rear fender and the convex for everything further out.

Well, as I said... and I am no rookie, 31 years behind the wheel. Back to my question.
