The roof of my black truck has several spots where the paint is checking from living outside for 7 years so I got a quote from a very reputable body shop. My appointment was on Wednesday. Drop my truck off early Wednesday morning and they call me 25 mins later to tell me they can't bring my truck in the shop because it looks like the truck was recently detailed inside. I had used 303 on the interior about 2 weeks ago. They looked up the MSDS of 303 which shows it was low on silicone but had another ingredient in it that would cause fisheyes and other paint problems throughout the shop. They won't touch my truck until the end of September now and told my to wipe down the entire interior with Simple Green to "decontaminate" it.

While I appreciate them wanting to do the best job possible on my truck as well as the other vehicles they're working on, I just never even thought this could be an issue.
A search online shows its a highly debated topic so I figured I'd ask here, is this truly a thing???
