He has no back seatHow big of a subwoofer you looking to add?
A Kicker Hideaway fits in some small locations, I have one wedged under my back seat. It's not ground pounding but does add to the low end. Kicker just released a 10" version with more power than the one I have but kept it the same physical size.
I'm sure a few more people will chime in with suggestions.
He has no back seat
..still waiting for a suggestion, @Jim Nobles was looking for ideas on a subwoofer for his regular cab and not you tell me his truck doesn't have a back seat...I was curious if you knew he has no back seat... This is based on your useless reference to your subwoofer in the back seat
So if i did go with the Kicker Hideaway do you know if the wires are under the seat or would i need to wire it from the radioYes, the Kicker Hideaway will fit under the passenger seat just fine.
This a powered subwoofer with speaker level inputs tapped into the rear speakers, all other speakers are running directly off the factory head unit. Just trying to fill in the bass the 6.5s can't muster up. I wouldn't think a 150watt amp would be overloading trying to keep up with what is probably a 15 or so watt factory radio. If you have a inline converter you have to adjust it to roughly 75% on all channels. Basically right before distortion; that's where mine is at. Then you have to use a volt meter to see what voltage is coming out at the max volume you listen to your radio. Then you have to adjust your amp to that, and then you should be about where you need to be.
