SiriusXM on 8.4AN Issue

Hey guys, long time Ram owner but new member with a new truck and a radio issue.

I bought a 2014 Ram 1500 Laramie with the 8.4AN, and so I got the free SiriusXM trial. But, the trial doesn't include NFL Radio which is what I listen to a lot when I am on the road. So, I had them add it on (although that was also quite a process). However, a week later I am not getting the XM Premier channels (I get the basic channels, just not the ones I had added on). I've called a few times, they've refreshed the signal and I've refreshed manually a few times online as well. After some searching here I have tried resetting the system but that didn't help. Based on the threads I've seen, it is unlikely going to the dealer is going to help me much. I was wondering if anyone knows of another solution to this issue? Thanks a lot.

If changes were made at XM, that's where you need to call.

To clarify, they added the XM Premier, it worked for about a week and has now stopped working and says "Not Subscribed" when I try to select a Premier channel. I've called XM a few times already. Each time they say they are going to send a refresh signal and promise that this time it's going to work, but so far it hasn't.
