why did you take out the ac.

Personal Preference really.
1) Not a DD. Bealive me the A/C is on max on our other vehicles during Summer
2 70+ weight loss on in the bay
3) BFI exit where the radiator/fan use to be.

Still have heater/defrost which is nice.

It did but i also had a A/C compressor too
