8.4 Indash Radio w/GPS stuck. No Signal

Hey everyone!

I could really use your help. I have a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.7 HEMI, and I recently upgraded to the 8.4” in-dash radio with GPS. The issue is that it's telling me I need to recalibrate my map, and it's stuck showing Texas no matter where I go. It won’t update my current location.

I’ve already tried a soft reset and even a hard recovery, but no luck. It’s currently running:

• Software version: 18.45.01
• Nav server: 9.10.32.702279
• Map database: cmcvp4na;v1

Do I need to reflash the software or is there something else I can try? Any advice would be really appreciated!

If you guys have the link to the software I can download with instruction, would really appreciate it!

Did you install the external GPS antenna and verify the connection is tight? And did you use the correct harness for a pre-2018 vehicle? I am not well versed in software but read through the following forums:
