I already have the bilsteins on the truck front and back. Have them currently set at 1.4 . Looking at raising the front to 2.1 and adding a .75" spacer in the rear as I want to keep a bit of the rake for towing purposes. Also going to be adding Nitto ridge grapplers in 275 65 r20 to the stock wheels so figured the extra clearance up front would help to clear the tires. Not sure if there is a difference worth noting in the spacer material. Top Gun Customs has both steel and poly spacers so was curious if one is better than the other. Want to make sure one isn't noisier than the other. Only seems to be about a $20 difference so that isn't an issue. Any insights from those that have dealt with this would be appreciated.

I'm no expert but I did run 1" poly spacers for a couple years. Aside from the additional height, there was no difference from OEM.

I've been running TGC 1.5" steel spacers for probably 20k miles , mine makezero noise at all . Noise was a concern of mine as well , but I got these used on the cheep so I figured I'd give the steel ones a try .

Happy with them and the install is simple . I installed my Bilstine 5100s up front at +2.8" .

Hope this helps !

Also running the TGC steel rear spacers (.75") and like RLK already stated no issues with noise. Also, have my Bilsteins at 2.8" and am pretty close to level with a ever so slight rake.

Appreciate the responses guy's. Went with the 1.0" spacers as some weren't quite getting the full lift of the actual spacers. Went steel also. TGC had no tax and free shipping so ordered direct from them. Also, wasn't seeing the .75" spacer on their site so not sure if they discontinued it or what. It's still available on Ebay but for the extra $12, figured I jump to the 1.0" .

Like RLK and GIJoe I ran steel spacers from TGC and mine didn’t make a sound. Only noise I heard was from the airbags inside the coils (won’t use that type again!).

I’ve found TGC site to not be the most user friendly trying to find specific items like spacers.......usually had better luck using a search and clicking whatever popped up to take you straight there.

Wish I saw this sooner, I have 2 sets of spacers sitting in my garage.

You looking for a buyer?

I' looking to try 1" TGC rear coil spacers...

Really would rather have extended coils, but could consider trying spacers for a bit to save $$$ for the front suspension parts....

Are spacers that much worse off-road? Not baja or extreme, but slow dirt roads with rocks and ruts, and medium speed (35-45mph) washboard with cattle guards and corners...Thx

Just FYI when I has my 2004 RAM I put on some rubber coil spacers, daystar, in the front and after about a year they stared to squeak over every bump....I know it was them since after the fact I took them off and went with a lift spindle and never had the issue again.

I had mine in the dirt a little, never had any issues with noise or anything.........with the speeds the suspension can handle, the spacers won’t be a problem. I’d sell ya a set cheap, PM me if interested.

I think im just about done posting this as it seems pointless if no one uses the search tool. Judging by the questions its not used often. For a larger selection in spacer sizes you can look up any of the hundreds of places that sell Jeep wrangler TJ parts including Ebay, Quadratec ....... They are the same spacer but come in many more sizes from about 10mm on up just limit them to under I think 1.5" which I feel is time for a taller spring anyway. I bought a TGC 1" spacer once and found it is exactly the same as the box full of TJ spacers I have accumulated over the years and yes I used them myself. As with the Jeeps never a sound from them
