Spare key Needed

I only have 1 key to my 2006 1500. It hasn’t really been an issue till now. I just gave the truck to my 16 yr old son and having just 1 key makes me a little nervous. best place to get one for less than a gazillion dollars?

This, unless you got a work model like me an the $5 key will work on the door an ignition haha

He said it's a 2006 truck. Not sure if alfaOBD would be able to program that key. Is the head of the key gray or black? If it's black there is no chip. A hardware store can cut the key. If it's gray, there is a chip and since you only have one key, a dealer or locksmith has to program the key.
