Anyone with a lifted 4th gen put a 35" tire under the truck as a spare? Will it fit, whether be a 20" rim or 17"?
I have a 17", ordering a 315/70/17, just like to put it back up under the truck :D

Pretty sure it will, but I think a 35" is the MAX.

Cool, hate to carry it in the bed! I may get back there this weekend and see what obstacles if any.

Yes, a 35" tire will fit.
I had one under there until I stepped up to 37's, now I have nothing under there lol

Ok, got Nitto Terra grappler 315/70/17 for spare...made me think, how wide is the darn spare rim? 17x7, 17x8? Is offset ok to work if I put this tire on it, or should I order a 17x8 rim with 0 offset?

Thats the issue I have.. The width and offset.

Why im just trying to find the cheapest damn 20 or 18x9, 0mm ...

Not having much luck on anything less than $100.

IMO

Yea, I think I will go ahead and order a new 17" something with 0 offset, if I knew I would have needed all this I would have done 5 20's....oh well, a 17" x8.5 will be cheap enough :)

Just an FYI that tire size is a 34. That's what I'm currently running on stock rims. I have a stock spare however so I can't contest to how anything fits under the bed.

Yea about 34.4, my 285/65/20 is like barely 1/4" taller.
I think the normal 4 are 17x8, but the spare is a 17x7 with a 235/85/17

Just to follow up in case its ever searched.
The spare is a 17x7, my bad, should have seen the stamp on the back of the rim.<doh> So ordered an American Racing 17x8 with 0 offset.
Put the Nitto Terra Grappler G2 315/70/17, and it will not fit under the truck. Mine has the factory hitch receiver, so it hits that or either the track bar...tires just too big to get up there. So on road trips, it will get locked in the bed.
