Which wire to the speakers is the "+" ? I see a black wire and a white wire.

Black is typically negative. For factory wiring it is completely random.

If you looking for the factory harness, the wires out of the factory amp are: Subwoofer 1: GY/BR + DG/BR- Subwoofer 2: GY/WT+ DG/WT-
