Here is the side shot...

View attachment 59118

It needs to be adjusted outward some but it will do for now (notice the oval shape).

My phone camera is crap so I used the video from my dashcam DVR and uploaded it to YouTube here (watch in 1080P you really only need to see the first 1:10 seconds)...

https://youtu.be/cAVvvZ_leVA

let me know if you want specific pictures and I'll get them.

That side profile is not what I was expecting. From the front it looks super beefy, But, I kind of like that it doesn't stick out far. The light definitely seems to be more spot like and not as flood.

My 2010 Sport CC, color matched my skid plate. Wanted something different
I think I said this in another thread but that is a beautiful truck. If mine were a different color, I might consider the color matching as well.

Definitely spot although I think the company advertises it as a flood pattern. The video doesn't do it justice. If I can, I'll use my fiance's iPhone to get some better pictures.

I am completely satisfied with this bull bar. The coating seems super durable, the light output is perfect for my intended purpose (on with highs), and it's a nice clean install with all of the original parts (to include tow hooks and license plate) right back where they were with slight modifications to easily replaced (out of site) black plastic trim.

The last step is the custom yellow tint on the LEDs.

If anyone can tell me how to wire a Rigid Industries 40181 3-Position*switch so the second "on" position activates with my high beams, I would greatly appreciate it.

If theres no led there will be 3 pins, middle one will likely be common between the 2 positions, use it as your out to light or out to relay, use one of tge other two pins for your regular power source to turn light on anytime and third pin from your high beam source(use a t-tap or fuse tap for ease or if your good at soldering find the highbeam wire strip some insulation off and solder to it), you may have a 4th pin for a ground if the switch has a light

Thanks for that info, I'm pretty sure I understand exactly what you have explained. Can you tell me how that changes with this switch (on/off/auto)?

Any way we could get a pic of just the light on in dark conditions. Interested to see just what the bar does.

Sure but it's tinted yellow now. Next time I find a spot without a lot of ambient light I'll get some pictures.

Does this work? No lights on but the bar and 8PM CST.

That isn't that bad. definitely more of a spot and not flood haha. But in combination it looks good. That bar couple maybe with the LED pod fogs would work great I think.

Pretty set on the N-Fab wheel to wheel hooped style. Nice and tight bar with the little step.

I figured out how to wire up the ON-OFF-AUTO switch for the lightbar using this:

Rigid Industries 40181 3-Position Cherry Rocker Switch
by Rigid Industries
Link: Amazon.com: Rigid Industries 40181 3-Position Cherry Rocker Switch: Automotive

PM me or pose the question in this thread if you are interested in the how of it. I'm not well versed in wiring syntax or I would post up a how to.
