Squeaky cab

Hello, I have a 2012 crew cab that is developing an annoying "creak" by where the rear seat belt is stored (in that panel). Has anyone had the same issue and advice?? Thanks!

Do you have nerf bars or something similar, mine cheapo ones become loose every 2 weeks and make a squaky sound and it seemed it came from behind the seat.
So basically every 2 weeks i crawl under the truck and tighten the bolts again....
Soon i will drop them if a tread locker liquid or similar don't help to stop that they become loose.
