Should I get the stanke rocker arm stabilizer collars and clamps???

I'm building a 394 stroker, cammed , fully forged 4.05 crank stroke, beehive 1511 spring kit, Holley hi ram EFI intake manifold, hellcat throttle body,
Forged mahle pistons and forged Manley rods.
