Anyone had any experience hooking this to your ram? I have the need for a fairly consistent wifi signal and the truck included hot spot doesn't cut it in some of the remote locations I visit.

It requires a more expensive setup to get StarLink in motion if you need it while driving. The equipment has to be upgraded to account for the doppler effect of a moving ground station I "think"...

Why not use your phone's hotspot? Its included in most plans now and relatively fast (probably faster than Star link)

Pretty good answer if you search Starlink on a truck in rural Montana. Rancher friend solved years of phone / computer issues on his remote ranch with Starlink. No personal truck experience.
