With that said it could be a battery issue still. Bad PCM or a battery cable issue.

That how my 96 was acting random stalling. Always started good but I knew the battery was weak (dropping 10.5V or so). Change the PCM and the battery at the same time. But in you case I would just change the battery first and double check the cables which is much cheaper than change a PCM.

I prob could try that too. But i did a fuel pressure test on it and with the key on, engine off, the pressure jumped up to 50psi or so, then began to bleed down to 0psi. When its runnin though, it stays a constant 48psi or so.
