Starts but No Radio/Tuner Red light Buzzing noise when off

2004 Ram 2500 Diesel

Starts and Drives but No power to Radio and tuner

When I turn it off, the red light near oil comes on and buzzing noise starts. Took off battery cables for few hours to prevent battery from dying and see if that helped reset it but it didnt help.. Im thinking maybe a bad battery? or dirty/loose terminal? Would that cause this

Any input would help. Thanks

Something liked that with me buzzing and red light key fab not working headlights door locks , horn check all fuses .changed battery everything works with key in ignition lost
