So got some slop in the wheel and its time to get it out. I have a good bit done to the steering. Borg shaft, PSC box and steering brace, 08.5+ steering, carli track bar, and carli CAs, and carli stabilizers All installed together about a year ago. The slop is all on the column side of the gear box. When parked and off I can grab the steering shaft at the gear box on the column side and move it a good bit. Seems to be the entire amount of slop I have in the wheel. I have an email sent to PSC but wanted your guys input. Can I just tighten the center bolt on the boxes cap to tighten it up or should I be looking into something else.

Thanks.

If you have visible slop in the gear box, and can move it that much by hand; unless you have someone local who can rebuild it, I thinks you need a new box.

PSC seems to be kind of 'hit or miss' from reading on Jeep boards.
Maybe you got a 'miss' box?
