Step bar issue

In need of suggestions I have the n fab step bars on my truck they started vibrating and now the mounting points on my truck are cracking and breaking need some help with figuring out how to fix it

Might have to take it to a body shop and see if the can cut and weld in some new metal

Wow... that rocker is fu*ked.

Your best bet is to weld on top a thicker material 1/8-3/16" plate. Before welding on drill holes for nuts and tack them on the opposite side so you get rid of those ****** spring clips.

I'm also thinking more and more that these steps like my Westins will require a support bar from the step to the frame or body mount like my cheap deezee style did.

That's what I was going to have done was to weld some braces to my bars and the mount them to the frame until I seen that

Same thing happened to me so it was an excuse to get new running boards, almost got the n fabs. The shop that I had install boards welded them to rocker panel
