I'm measuring a 2 - 2.2" rake (measured from ground to fender-well and also from top of tire to fender well). Actual measurements are in the 37.5" -> 39.7" range.

Is it safe for me to go 5100s at 2.1" and assume a nearly perfect level, hoping for a little settling.

Putting bilsteins on all 4 corners. I'm also putting the airbags in the back for when I'm dragging the bay boat, but that's mostly out of paranoia that i'll sag too much, even though my boat fully loaded is probably under 3k lbs.

Will post pics when all of this is done.

2.1" setting should do well for you Sir , your front coils have already settled in . Most of the settling is due to the coil spring itself and not the Bilsteins shock imo .
If you find the front high after some drive time , then just install a rear coil spacer ( simple & quick job )

Good luck !
