Stop and Go Problems

My 2019 Ram Limited with stop and go Technology has a problem with going. It works great until I get into a situation where traffic comes to a complete stop. Once the traffic is moving, I'm stationary unless I give the accelerator a tap to make it go and then it works fine until the next time. This happens in most situations. I have taken it to the dealer and of course are unable to duplicate. I have lost faith in this dealer as many things they have missed and had to bring back in over and over until things get fixed. Shameful customer service at Autonation.

Has anyone else encountered this problem and heard of the fix so I can pass that on to them as I have many other issues that I found resolutions to on here and other forums?

This is exactly how the stop and go is supposed to work, it doesn't go until you tell it to resume movement, if the stop has been longer than 2 seconds. Page 354 of the owners manual explains this.
