Strange driver foot well whine after shut-off

Help here. I hit the power button to shut off the engine, then after about a minute I hear a whine come from underside of drivers side dash. The video is a cell video looking up from floorboard toward the steering column. Any ideas?

I'd like to help, but after viewing the video, I seriously cannot tell what it is or even the area it is coming from. Your truck should still be under warranty, so it might be a good idea to schedule a service visit.

The fact that you were able to film it at least proves that it is reproducible and therefore, verifiable.
