Sometimes aftermarket parts aren't of the greatest quality and will need some modification themselves. The anti vibration bracket I'm not sure on the fix but the bolt holes can be drilled out more to fit a bolt.

I have one on mine. I had a little trouble getting the holes lined up as well but I had it backwards at the time. Had to loosely put them all on then tighten.

As for the bracket you probably need to rotate the tube inside the rubber coupling. Get the bracket and tube bolted down BEFORE you tighten down the air hat.

The bracket that is on the silver tube needs to go back roughly 1" to fit on that rubber anti vibrate so I'm not sure if I need to put the tube on the antivibrate first then on the air hat?

Ya the bolt holes are a no brained but the anti vibrate bracket and the bracket on the air tube is off by about an inch

I had to put everything together loosely then as i tightened everything down it wanted to go more easily. You may also have the heat shield bolted into the wrong holes? I'll take some pics tomorrow for you if you want
