I purchased the ACI Outlander soft top a couple months ago and wanted to share my opinions on it so far. Also wanted to share my third brake light (CHMSL) design and install.
Regarding the Outlander, I like how close the design comes to the exterior body panels. The contour to the rear cab is really nice and the sides sit almost flush to the sides of the bed. The rear flap has a metal bar that sits on top of the tailgate, so no need for velcro like a softopper. So far this spring we've had a lot of rain and I have not seen any amount of water in the bed. Not going to say it's completely waterproof, but it's been just as good if not better than my truxedo cover was. The install was pretty straight forward, but like most reviews I've read, it's definitely best to do it on a hot day in the sun to let the material heat up and become more flexible. Time will tell about the windows, but I did buy some 303 clear vinyl cleaner/protectant. The amount of room this adds is awesome, especially since my spare is in the bed.
Here are a few photos of the top:

Here is the custom third brake light I made for fun (realize this is completely overkill). The main mount is 6061 hard coat anodized aluminum ordered from Xometry. The back plate is also 6061 with standard anodizing ordered from Sendcutsend with M8 pem nuts installed. The wiring is 18 awg and deutsch connectors with KC cyclone rock lights and red lenses. Would have done a few things different with the wiring now that I've done it once, but nothing I can't change in the future.
Design in solidworks:

Third brake light wire that is prewired under truck. This is on the driver side.

Adding a ground to frame

Xometry cnc'd mount, the small holes at the bottom are to let water out

wiring the KC cyclones up

Added some button and straps to support the wires. I wanted to minimize the number of holes i cut into the topper, so ran everything under the outermost flap.

Finished
