You're gonna need a good drill bit for that one. Cause if you can drill out the bolt head and get the bracket off the rest of the bolt can probably be removed another way when its free from the truck.

thanks guys for your help, kept drilling and hammering with punch and kept on...the I stepped on it and Bammm!!! Came right off... Here's the proof

no matter what the project is on a car, there will always be 1 bolt that screws everything up! always!
