I was gonna suggest heating it up, but it seems you've already done that. You turning the right way? Lol.

Try hitting it with a hammer to jar the threads a little. Also try turning it the other way just about a quarter turn then try and loosen. Sometimes tighten then loosening the bolt frees it up.

You can also use leverage. stick a pipe on the end of the wrench to make it longer. i had to do that to get the body bolts loose when it did my roll pan.

Got any pictures of the bolt? Odd that its stuck like that. May have to end up cutting it off and getting a new one.

Oh dang. Yeah....if a torch, PB-Blaster, and a breaker bar aren't working I honestly have no suggestions besides welding a bar to it and using that.

I would say to heat it up and use a breaker bar with a good cheater pipe. Sounds like you have done all that though. Use a 12 point socket if the bolt is starting to strip.
I took mine out with a ratchet, didnt need the breaker bar, wonder why they are so difficult

Used a 12 point as that will all that will work, with a breaker bar and cheater pipe and all it does now is jump off the thread... Heated it up several times doing this and nothing.... Like all the other ones were a joke coming off except this one.... Can't even get it to budge with a wrench

Is the bull bar at some sort of odd angle making the bolt really tight? Maybe be sure to pull the bull bar up into position and try to undo it then.

shoudlnt you use a 6 point socket?? use that and a big ass breaker bar or something, if that doesnt work then you might have to do what Eddie said or cut it off

Well I have tried both bud.... It's not that fact that it won't budget anymore, now I cant get a socket to stay on, it's a 15mm socket, looked it up on last instruction sheet to double check and the damn thing is being stubborn, I though about taking off the bumper to get a wrench on it but I'd rather cut it off.... But if I cut it off where???? There is almost nothing of the bolt showing

Ive had a problem with a screw I couldnt get to before. Ended up drilling it out through the top of the bolt.
