Super Chips G-38 error

I have a 2010 1500 and my battery went dead a few months ago. I noticed my truck isn't running like it was before it went dead. So I hooked up my 3865 flashpaq and tried to set it back to stock so I could re tune it. The message said G-38 call Super Chips. Any of you had this and how was it fixed? Thanks.

I called Super Chips and they are sending me an update for my truck so I can set it back to stock. Then I can tune it. So if your battery dies with the tuner locked onto your truck. You will have to do what I did.
