Surging at highway speeds

Hey I have a '11 ram 1500 ccsb 4x4 hemi with roughly 56k on it. Here lately with-in the last month I've notice the trucks has a slight surge while at steady speed anywhere from 1500-1800rpm. It only surges around 50 to 150rpm enough to hear (dodm80) and it's getting really annoying. I have a Diagnblo trinity currently running the Canned 87 tune also have used the Hemifever 89 tune. Reguardless which one I'm using its the same thing. Only real reason I have the tuner was just to turn off the mds. Any ideas?

Tat: yes I did the spark plugs 12000 miles ago.

Did you ever figure out what the slight surging problem was with your 11 Ram 1500 4x4 was ? I’m having the same problem you have . Thanks in advance! D
