I have a 2013 Ram Big Horn. I bought it second-hand, and the Head Unit does not have Navigation or a Backup Camera. Has anyone ever swapped theirs out? I know I can use Google Maps on my phone and purchase an after-market camera that also reads on my phone. I’d rather have it on the dash.

TIA!

You can swap in the later unconnected units, but in my case, I opted for an android style radio

Paid a little over 200 for it and I love it

take a look at what after market radios will work in your Ram

No one has ever mentioned how a smart phone can be mirrored to the radio, like for navigation.

Personally i do Not have a smart phone

There are several out there that will give you what you want. I swapped a Sony into my 2012 with an aftermarket back up camera. Best Buy was running a free install, so just had them do both. No issues what so ever, purchased and set the install up online, and the took less than an hour and both were in and ready to go.

You can just use Android Auto with your phone for navigation. I use Waze for everything, there is also Google Maps, or several other GPS Apps.
