Kit is from Headlight Revolution. Older version of the Carbide Series. Includes both bulbs and resistors. Don't have a solid picture of the output but these bulbs are extremely bright. $60 shipped through PayPal.

Curious if/how you got the switchback function working? Do the turn signals just stay on (white) whenever the headlights are turned on? Did it require DRL programming?

That is correct. White running lights and amber when the turn signal is initiated. Just a matter of tapping into the wires and wiring the resistor. One side of the resistor goes to the black wire and the other side into the white and (green or brown). They are a different color on each side.
