Advice from a Old Fart non gear head :O A fuse can look good but still be bad! If you have a meter you can ring it out (A Ohm test) If you do not have a meter you should add one to your tool box, they run from cheap . Do you know what fuse controls the lights? If so change it with a new one a cheap quick fix, no meter needed :) If that still does not fix the issue try checking the wiring harness connections ! They may have come loose or got corroded and loose the connection from hot or ground ! If you have a meter you can test from the socket to frame ground

Do I make any sense or have I confuse the hell out of you lol.. I suck and explaining things
Good luck and please update, you may be able to help someone else later :)
