I have a 2010 Ram 1500. I bought the truck with LED brake lights already installed, but no load resistor so I have hyper flashing really bad. I already purchased a 6 ohm load resistor to return blinker flashing to normal speed but I dont know which wire is for the blinker. I havent ripped anything apart yet because I didnt want to jump into it blindly. Any advice or wiring diagrams on hand?

For the right tail light, the white wire with yellow stripe is the turn signal. Left tail light, white wire with dark green stripe is the turn signal. Just tap one end of the resistor (doesn’t matter which end) into the turn wire, and the other end into the black ground wire. Mount the resistor so it’s not touching any plastic or wires, as it’ll get really hot.

Cool, thank you! I appreciate the help!
Looks like somebody has already tried that, but these resistors are white plastic. Could they have failed? Or be the wrong resistance?

Both, the 6ohm should do the trick.
