Tailgate help

hi there!
I have been searching and searching for this, and have literally found nothing on it.
I am working on my tailgate and replacing the body side hinges, no problem... but seeing as the gate side hinges are welded, they are not available to order.
Without buying a new gate, what have you done to solve the rotted gate side tailgate hinges???

Thanks, but I’m more looking for what others have done in this situation...
I can not be the only one who’s tailgate gate-side hinges have rusted out, and not bought a new gate...
As I said, you can’t buy gate side parts, only available on a new tailgate.
They aren’t a replaceable part.
